The challenges faced by The Buffalo Farm

The Buffalo Farm came to us directly with the hope to increase online sales, customer loyalty, conversion rate, and average order value through ecommerce personalisation. The Buffalo Farm have incoporated a mix of popups to drive newsletter signups, product awareness and promotional offers throughout the site at key points in customers journeys depending on their interests. They have also used AI product recommenders which have shown their effectiveness for upselling and cross-selling.

A range of pop-ups have been used across The Buffalo Farm’s site to increase average order value (AOV), customer loyalty, online revenue and product awareness. Pop-ups are a great way to drive conversions and increase customer loyalty. We suggested that The Buffalo Farm implement our pop-ups on their website (specifically on their homepage, basket page and product pages).

Two of the main challenges that The Buffalo Farm had when they first came to us was growing their customer base through email sign ups and increasing product awareness. After just a few months of using our pop-ups they have seen a 647% increase in newsletter subscribers and are now seeing increased traffic and purchases of their Buffalo Mozzarella.
